i was just wondering if you can put pre 67 front fenders on a 69 bug. without modifying anything....any ideas?

no...they will physically bolt up, but you would not be able to mount bumpers without either cutting holes in the fenders for the later bumpers or holes in the apron for the earlier bumpers...and them make the mounting points...

sure could....i don't run bumpers, but wanted him to know exactly what was involved if he does want/is required to have bumpers
