I Own a 69 vw bug and i was wondering if you are able to take out the front seat brackets without grinding and welding. Is there anyway to take these brackets out? thanks

Do you mean the ones mounted to the floor? Those are welded in place.
Just wait for the floor pans to rust out if you don't want to grind off the spot welds. OEM ones are welded in pretty good - cheap Brazilian aftermarket ones are poorly spot welded and much easier to remove.
