I know, I know; you can get a birth certificate.. But a couple years back, someone had found a chart that gave you a pretty good handle on which month your bug was actually hatched. Anyone remember where it was?

that its a June 18th +/- 1958Motor and Body numbers match the Samba page.. Terry

2001 110 was the *last* number used in June '58.2020 302 was the last one in July.

OMG,, too cool.
Had our original seats re-sewn along the edges where they had split, to save money for now.. When I went to re-install the covers, found little pieces of paper glued to the horse hair pads.. Seems the 'builder' of that particular seat would 'autograph' his/her work. And, there was a date stamped on it..
