Farmington Show

I'm not sure who in the group is near the Farmington NC area (central) but we just had a great show from what I could see. lots pf nice cars , great day, and fast track action. I was vending so I didn't get to do much else. Not sure if you will see coverage in Hot VW but I saw Kathy Jacobs there so I'm sure it will be in German Addictions.

The track owners brother was working the gate, and told me it was the largest crowd ever. There were hundreds of show cars! I drove my younger son's restored 67 Type 1,and entered it in the show, as he was busy running The Hyper Bug in super pro, and helping the Pro stock Mega Bug make a few test passes. My eldest son used his flamed blue and siver buggy as the pit tow vehicle. Lots of happy VW folks with smiles all around, all in all a great VW day.

How did you find out there was a show in Farmington? I used to go years ago but I thought that they had stopped having them. Is there a web site? Thanks

Yes, it's a magazine where I received one free copy, then after I paid for a subscription, never received another.
