.........Did you ever replace the CHT? If not....why not? I can get you a Bosch part number that would help you get one at Autozone. I'm not too sure how much they run but it can't be too bad. If a new one doesn't make any difference, I'll buy it from you.
CHT? what is that? I've replaced pretty much everything on this motor and still nothing works

Yeah that's brand new right bosch part # and everything. My AFM wasn't but I tested it and it passed with flying colors. I still need to have the injectors- including the cold start checked and have a good look at the aux. air reg. and the thermo time switch. but I have my doubts that anything is wrong with them.
