I am wondering if high performance 1 1/2" heater boxes will deliver warm airwhen it gets cold. I don't think any of them ( gene berg,kymco) have internal fins inside the boxes like the stock ones do. Now thatit has gotten cold can anyone give me an opinion on them?Thanks,Dean

As far as I know.... These (Most of the name brand units) are made out of all tubular steel anddo not have a heat exchanger inside them like the OEM ones. I've seen custommade ones with aluminum heat exchangers installed in them but this wouldgreatly increase the price of these parts :-(. They're really a betteroption than no heat at all while keeping the performance of a largerdisplacement engine.Cheers,Dave.
