Installing Headliner: easier than Convertible top?

I replaced the convertible top (padding & headliner) on my Ghia. I've seen how people say that replacing headliners are difficult. I want to do it on my Bug (with factory sunroof). Is it more difficult than doing the Ghia CV top?
