they have a rebuild kit in their magazine for around $250, is it good quality? anyone have any experiances with their engine parts?

When rebuilding an engine buy the parts as needed. You may not need everything in the kit. The best thing is to dismantle it and check/measure 'wear' parts. Then, order the req'd shims, bearings etc. It's not something you want to cut corners on...
