I got a line on a 68 Beetle convertible that someone needs to get off their property. Pretty typical story, this retired electrician's son drags home an abandoned VW,disassembles it,installs new floor pans and then totally loses interest in the project. Now the body is sitting in this poor guys garage and he needs the room for his motorcycles and an old Chevy he wants to work on. I'll probably look at the car and take some pictures over the weekend. I won't be buying the car,but I'll report back here to see if anyone is interested in what sounds like a big resto job. I'd hate to se this guy send it to the crusher just to make room in his garage. I think he will sell the car for $300 -400.The car is located in Northern New Jersy if anyone is at all interested. Fred67bug
