I resolve this year to get a start on my new 1970 Baja project.

It's off to a good one, since I just picked up a complete 1968 spindle to spindle front beam w/ disc brakes to replace the rusted and butchered one on the car. ($100.00)

I'm also going to pick up a 1963 body (free) so I won't have to mess around and replace the heater channels and firewall in the current one.

2005 is looking good!

Happy New Year RAMVA.

For me also,..........I think. Recnetly I posted some Q's About wide 5 drums and got a decent response that indictaed a nice resolutin to an odd but common issue putting wide 5's on the IRS (double jointed axle) rearend. Yesterday I had the whole day off and decided I would straighten up the garage a bit and I was moving around the frontend that came with the wheels I will be using. I had mentioned before I got all this stuff for free.............well, It truns out the front end has disc on it(mentioned previously) but I had not yet noticed that the beam had lowering adjusters on it...............I am not sure I will be intersted in that part, but I m gonna try it and see how adjusters work out................Worst case scenario, I sell the beam or trade it for a beam without adjusters in it. I have a good beam already. So I may just sell this one outright if it doesn't work for me.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL
