No, he's really that stupid. Same stupidity that caused him to pay $300 for a $75 radio, and pay another idiot $100 to install it, which took him 15 minutes and in the process he managed to break the lock on the door of the truck and blow the speakers. This is also the same idiot that couldn't figure out why the weed eater wouldn't work, so he starts replacing parts and after about the 3rd part I point out that there's no gas in the damn thing and he says "Oh! Well I guess that would explain it..."
