I'm going to guess that it can hardly even get off the line, won't steer and serves only as a crazy show piece.

It is certainly two-storke, maybe Kawasaki. And keep in mind that in order to run, only a few cylinders have to be actually firing and all the rest just pump along to make noise.

That site appears to be down right now but someone had mentioned in that thread that this bike can only run for about 15 minutes on a tank of gas.
