I find it interesting the many different ways VW engines are used, besides powering our Beetles.

Hmm, now lemme see.. crop dryer for a barn, Zamboni ice machine for the ice hockey rinks, fire truck pump, ski lift backup power....
bet there's plenty more

Both engines came from waterpumps used by the fire department
