Thanks for the help so far. The '66 is masked off and ready to shoot. When the paint is dry the reassembly, (and test of my ziplock catalog parts system) will start.
When I took the sunroof out, I carefully pulled off the felt seal. It came off very much intact and I can't think of a reason not to re-use it.
#1 Is that fine
#2 What is the best adhesive I should use.
