Can anyone offer help with this Westfalia detatchable towbar please.
Teh VW PAssat is year 2001.
When put in place, the knurled wheel springs into place - the RED marker moves round, and the GREEN marker lines up with teh GREEN STRIP on the main part.
But the Green marker only goes as far as the start of the Green strip
- should it go all the way round to the end of the green strip ???
As it is, the 3 ball bearings are only partly locked, only when the Green marker goes to the end of the Green stip do the ball bearings get fully locked - but I can only get this to happen when teh twobar is OFF the car.
Any help or advice greatly appreciated.
