It looks to me like the use of "taser" wasn't necessary. I guess if you have the toys, you play with them.

I think that the cop should have cold cocked him. It is people like Jen that have put hand cuff's on the cops. It has gotten so that a crook has more rights then the cops or you and I for that matter. I get so tired of people that say that you should not treat crooks like animal's. As for me when he does wrong he just lost any rights that he may have had. It also makes me mad that ti costs more to keep a crook in jail that I make a year. They have everything in there. Sometimes I think about pulling a holdup so that I cauld go to jail and get better doctors care then I do now and for free, what a deal. I could also get three meals a day instead of the 2 that I get now and someone else does the cooking. I am too old and ulgy that I would not even have to take along the vasalene. What a life.

You should try exporting your crooks to dominican jails, I bet they'll think twice about doing something wrong after a brief vacation here. One thing 3rd world countries do right (maybe too right) is cut expenses on jails.
