You might notice something like this later, too. After you drive it some (no much at all, like a 50 feet or so) it will settle out, but if you drive it in reverse then you'll see the same leaning condition again that you describe. Or at least I do on my bug all the time. Just by backing up my driveway I can gain an inch or so ground clearance in the rear by the tires tucking up inside like that. Good reason to back up your car/van some just before changing the oil? :-)
