I have a 90 wv jetta and all the outdoor lights work fine when I have my headlights off, but when I turn my headlights on .... my right front and and right rear blinkers do not work at all.
what is up with my car lights?

Also include any more info you can, such as, is this a new fault, did they just stop working ? Have you been restoring and altered any wiring etc etc..
