My 68 the knob came of and the windshield wippers will not turn off. How do I turn them off and replace the knob?

I think they are. It doesn't want to start so I am guessing yes.
A few drops of epoxy poured into the knob.
Rather permanent, but......
The wiper switch is the one with all the wires in the universe going through it, right? Or is that the emergency blinker?
Yah, that would be the Emergency/Hazard switch. Though the wipers are no pinic either :-)

if the knob can screw on at all, I suggest krazy glue. Usually to turn it off the knob first must be turned all the way tight clockwise, then back to off. good luck.
