Has any run into an oil leak from the intake camshaft variable timing pulley? Is this repairable or does the pulley need to be replaced? Does not look like a leaking cam seal. Only leaks on cold starup.

There is a replaceable seal, but there is a variety of special tools needed to set up the camshaft correctly - not a job for anyone without the factory manual and these tools.
If you can please tell me what the special tools are and where to get them and needed information without having to buy a small fortune for information for one job ?
