I have a 94 Volvo 850 and the previous owner had the radio replaced. We have several codes and aren't sure which one is the correct one for the current radio.
Is there any way to determine the radio code while it is still connected?

Try the garage/service agent that changed the radio and ask him for the code.

Tell the service rep at the dealership about the problem. You can pull the rodio out and get the serial number. They can do a DCS and tell you what the code is.
