need help (tips/hints) for replacing S70 Blower Motor

I'm going to replace the Blower Motor myself in the next few weeks. Any suggestions or guidance would be very much appreciated.

It's pretty easy. You need to remove the glovebox, panel over the passenger's feet and knee bolster if fitted. Then it's right in front of you.
