remington tires

I used Remington's for years back in the late 70's and 80's. Not on Volvo's though, hadn't seen the light yet. They were good on the cars and light trucks I put them on though. Not a performance tire but for going to and from, they were ok. With regular rotation, I could count on 50K from their 30K tire. If you didn't keep them balanced though, they got square pretty quick. Not noticeable on ¾ ton truck suspension but you could feel it on a car. Got them from Allen Tires. Back then they balanced and rotated for free so it was easy to keep them maintained. ymmv.
