Some of you have been following my Megasquirt EFI conversion on a 240T. Tonight I finished up the assembly, turned the key, and the thing actually fired up! I was shocked, I hadn't even done much in the way of configuring. Still needs a lot of tuning, and I still need to get some wiring and hoses buttoned up and clean up my mess but so far so good. Wideband O2 should arrive tomorrow, that should help the tuning efforts. I'll post pics when I get everything wrapped up. I'm particularly proud of the engine wiring harness, it's all new built from scratch, and it would take a Volvo expert to recognize that it isn't stock. Now if only there was a cleaner solution to the airbox. I can use the old K-jet one for now, I really wish the N/A
240 airbox would fit on the correct side, I'm really not a fan of those cone filters, for some reason I strive to maintain a stock appearance.- posted
