99 Passat 70k, should I replace rotors?

My passat still brakes smooth. There is an odd constant squeal that I suspect may be brakes. Last I looked pads we all ok. But I fugured 70k on VW was plenty so I plan to replace all pads front and back. Do I leave, turn or replace the rotors if the braking is still smooth. No pulsing at all.
