95 Jetta...suddenly now just about every OTHER time I start this car the speedometer and tach do not work (although the tack needle shakes incessantly at 0 trying to move....).......it's not a broken cable because it works fine, both speed and tach when it wants to......anybody have any ideas what it could be?
