I have no idea, but a Bentley service manual will tell you the location - and much more.
What is a flasher fuse?
If it is either a flasher relay, or it is a fuse that fuses a circuit associated with a flasher, the answer would be above the driver's left knee.
There is a door, and you might want to remove the panel for more access if you are not just going for a fuse.
