I reciently put a panasonic cd changer for vw in the trunk of my 99 Cabrio. It plugs into the factory harness and works fine. It's supposed to be mounted on the shelf above the convertible top motor. Unfortunately the factory harness does not have enough slack to stretch that far. Is there some extension cable available or some way to get more slack?
