Good Dealer Service Department Experience in St. Louis

I just traded my 2002 Jetta 1.8T for a 2003 Jetta GLS TDI. I always took my 2002 to Dean Team VW in Kirkwood, MO. They were always friendly, helpful, and professional. I always wondered if they were the Norm.

I took the 2003 to Mid America Motors VW/SAAB today to fix a few rattles. Again, the service folks were very welcoming and helpful.

So, now I have had two good experiences at VW dealerships. Now, I just wish we could do something about the prices. :-)

I have also gone to the Dean Team in Kirkwood for both service and to get parts and echo the comments. The parts people have been especially helpful in getting some obscure items for me.
