i have a 98 jetta and recently i had to change out my battery and now the idle is really low and sometimes stalls out. how long does it take before the computer will allow the engine to idle normal? do ive changed the battery out before and started it a couple times and it was fine but now its not resuming normal operation. any suggestions?
