Hey Woodchuck, the radiator fans are done, all back together and working well. Thanks for the help / advise. I never did find where the 4" long 8mm bolts went, so did what you mentioned, radiator sat on a 16" high tool box (car was jacked up) and it worked great. Took me about 5 hours, going slow, phone call interruptions, eating in-between, but no issues at all. Think I could do again in 2 hours. Did not need to do many things the book indicated - such as unplugging the headlights - removing hoses - had to remove the top radiator hose - the little short one.
What is the Styrofoam in the back of the bumper there for? Sound issues?
