Have a 02 New Beetle Radio that does nothing but flash. Does anyone know how I can get this unit turned off. What fuse number or where it is located, until I can get to a dealer to get it fixed. Thanks.

Is it possible that what you are seeing is the request for a code due to being disconnected from the battery? Maybe all you need is to enter the security code.
If that is not it, check back and I will look it up in my Bentley.
