Get the tranny serviced. Flush the cooling system thoroughly and use only distilled water with the antifreeze. It's got too many miles to switch to full synthetic oil so don't waste your money. Don't use any additives anywhere; if you spring a leak then get it fixed. Replace the seals on the tranny and rear axle -before- they start leaking. Lube the chassis. Replace the spacers on the rear springs if they are worn or missing. Get your brakes checked and your lines purged. A 2wd should get around 20 mpg depending on how much weight you have in it and how you drive. If your mileage is poor then drive slower and less aggressively. Use the specified plugs; super-duper plutonium plugs won't make a bit of difference.

What else?
