I think it is in the dash, behind the dash pocket... take off the under dash panel and look up in there with a flashlight and you should see it... it is about 9" X 4" X 1" or so... good luck.

Remove the lower cover, reach up and pull..its held in place with a strip of velcro on the top of the module.
