How to change the rear spark plugs on this 3.8 engine?

If it has the front upper dog bone mounts, un bolt them and rotate the engine forward, block it forward with a small 2x4 against the firewall, if this is not the way the engine is mounted, maybe from underneath on a lift?

Exactly the same way you changed the front spark plugs. These engines don't have any particular space problems with the rear spark plugs.
