This is what interested me.
This place offers it as well, but only in that they have the brochures on the desk.
They actually _did_ fail it on a stuck middle seatbelt (lower & raise seat, all sorted), and on a back tyre with uneven wear, which was swapped with the spare.
I then got the certificate.
Given expensive things could have gone wrong, I was quite happy!
