Does anybody know where the drain plugs are on a 1995 454 in a suburban?

Uhm, what kind of plugs? Diff? Tranny? Oil? Coolant?
Those'd be the frost plugs. That's as good as you'll get I think, cause there's no tap to drain the block.
Oh and, like was said before, it's probably a good idea not to mess with the "actual" plugs. There's a really good chance they're siezed, and you'll have to heat them with a torch to get them out. The frost plugs are WAY easier to get out and cheap to put new ones in. Take out your block heater and all the frost plugs you should be ok.
