1991 Acura Integra

A great car--but when the car starts it won't rotate. Llights, horn, etc. work. Is it the battery?

Be more specific.

Choose the correct symptom:

1) Total silence when key is turned; 1) Clicks when key is turned and no other sound; 2) Chugga-chugga-chugga but no cough or other sign that it wants to fire; 3) Chugga-chugga-cough-chugga-cough-cough-chugga-chugga.

If #1 or #2, turn dome light on. Now turn key to START. What happens to the dome light while you have the key turned to START?

then it is NOT "starting". "rotate" is "cranking","starting" is when it fires up and runs.

If you're getting 2 and 3, the dome light tells you nothing.

Check for spark. Are you getting a nice fat blue-white spark?
