i have a Cadillac 1947 series 61 is it posible to build a powersteering in that car?

Anything IS possible but not all things are practical.
Early power steering systems (c. 1953 +/-) attached a hydraulic cylinder to the tie rods to assist the steering effort. The steering box had a valve body added to it. You might explore this method with old car collectors to learn if it could be applied to your classic car.
Then there's the question of how authentic you want your classic to be?
