i have a 1975 350 chevy. i just got it togeather and the bet was too long so i have to get a shorter one (whitch i have done). but when the battery was fully charged the starter worked fine, but as it got low on juice the starter started hitting on the flywheel and making all kinds of bad noises. any help? (i tried shims it didn't work)
