1982 Chevy S-10

Jul 03, 2004 0 Replies

K I have a Chevy S-10 with 125 KM on it (78 Thousand Miles.) 2.8L V-6 with a standard 4 speed Trans.

My Problem is with the Carberator. When the truck starts, it runs extemely rough and rich. The person who owned it before said he had the same problem. He has adjusted the Choke several times and replaced the under carb heater, nothing seems to help much.

My question is, is there an upgrage that can be done, can all the emmission stuff be "optimised" , further tuning etc.etc.

Any help Would be appreciated.
