hello santa brought me a vacuum schematic, which i now have more questions,, just 2 ,, i have vacuum to the dist all the time and my efe stay on even with a hot engine,, do i have a bad 4 way vacuum valve? any old time chevy guy out there?

There should be a port on the Carb that has no vacuum at idle. Plug your dist advance into that port. I have never trusted the TCV. I have always done direct routing and the vehicle has been allot better off.
okay so tie into egr for dist, and tie into air clear for manifold valve, air pump gets vacuum all the time
