Looking for a diagnosis...

I have a 93 chevy with a 350...the truck started to cut out when it's cold and I give it gas from a stop, never dies just feels like it's fuel starved. I replaced the fuel filter (which turned out to be clogged) but I sill have the power loss issue. Then today the truck just will not start. It cranks just fine but never even hints that it's going to fire up. Could I have a bad fuel pump? I replaced the plugs, cap and rotor at the same time as the fuel filter and the wired are all still good (MSD Superconductors). Thanks in advance for your assistance.

spray a good amount of carb cleaner in the throttle body. Crank it , if it starts look at the pump. If not, check for spark.

If you're going to spray "a good amount" of the stuff, make sure you hold the throttle plates open to let the carb cleaner evaporate somewhat before you try starting it. Don't want to hyrolock it.
