Repost - Power windows issues

1995 Suburban, Power windows. Driver side window will 'stick' in the up position. Do not hear any noise from motor. Sometimes will last all day and come back to the truck the next day without doing anything and the window will work fine. I'm thinking it might be the rear track is hanging or causing the window to stick.

OK this past weekend temps were in the 80's and my driver side window was in the direct sun light. Midday and the window would not lower. Later that afternoon after the temp had cooled and sun lowered in the sky, window worked fine...

Any additional thoughts?

I've found the door switches to be the problem as often as the motors. And they are cheaper and easier to throw a part at.
