The dealer needs to see if there is an update for the PCM. If they just replaced the PCM with the same controller and did not update to the newest software your problem may still be there. The PCM controls generator output.

Why would there be acid all over a new battery Dirtbag? Is this the reason why they fired your ass from the dealer? damn I hope you don't work on all vehicles this way.

The the next time you sell a cust a battery maybe you should do that so they dont come back on you all the time
