wipers work on intermittant when shut off unless you remove fuse and headlights wouldnt shut off today even when fuses (2) were removed. had to remove huge fuse under hood to get them to shut off. i shut them off inside the car and they would wait a few seconds then come back on but the light covers would not open???any ideas Jane
