Hi Everyone I'm posting this for a friend who lives a long way in the bush and doesn't have internet access. He has an '86 Dodge Caravan 5-speed and the linkage is wearing out at the "ball & socket" joint where the cable connects to the transaxle. He has replaced the cable and it worked for a while and now it's starting to fail again. The ball is separating from the socket. Is there a fix for this??
