T&C child seatbelts

Are child shoulder type seatbelts for the rear seats available for the T&C somewhere ? (2003 model)This hicksville dealer doesn't know/care and I would like to get them so the kids don't have to haul child car seats with them when they visit. (not talking infant seats...but 4-8 year old's) Thanks ! ! Zork

You need to leave this one alone. The children are safer in the booster seats. There is no such thing as a "child shoulder type seatbelt" Burn this into your brain:

"..From 40 to about 80 lbs. and about 4'9" tall, children should always be seated in a belt-positioning booster; lifting them so adult lap/shoulder seat belts are "positioned" correctly and safely..."

Recommendation of NHTSA, see:

Also, many states nowadays are starting to mandate boosters. Your idea may be letting your kids in for a big ticket.
