I have a 90 Caravan 3.3L It will not go into foward or reverse unless the engine is stopped and re started. It doesn't matter how long you wait during the first start, it will not move until its turned off and re -started. Otherwise trans. works fine. If left in drive/reverse on the first start long enuf ,it goes into limp mode.
