last week installed a used motor from a 93 dodge intrepid. now when i try to start the car it keeps spinning over like its flooded, after a few seconds of that it cranks and smokes a little but it runs good. i put the fuel rail from the old motor on and it still does the same thing. i replaced the fuel injector pressure regulator and still same thing. any ideas?
